1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order with DPRSTEES is simple:
Visit our website and browse through our extensive selection of tech products and accessories.
Select the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
Proceed to checkout, where you'll need to enter your shipping details and payment information.
After confirming your order, we’ll handle the rest, including shipping the products directly to you.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard Shipping (Gujarat): Delivery typically takes 6-7 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping (Other States): Delivery generally takes 7-10 business days after dispatch (except for a few pincodes where the delivery time, as per the courier company, can be up to 15 business days).
3. Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment, we only ship within India.
4. Can I return an item?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. 5. What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please take a picture of the damaged item and contact us immediately at dprstees@dprsdigital.net. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
6. Are your products guaranteed to be authentic?
Yes! We source our products directly from trusted suppliers and manufacturers to ensure their authenticity and quality. All products listed on our website are genuine and brand-new, unless otherwise specified.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.
